So to say I’m nervous about my upcoming student teaching is probably an understatement because in truth I’m fucking terrified.
Especially since I didn’t get placed with a coordinating teacher in my own concentration. He’s awesome, but not Earth/Environmental Science. I’m just desperately hoping that I can remember enough Physics, Chemistry, and Physical Science (what even is this we didn’t have this in my school
AUUURG ABORT ABORT) to survive this upcoming year.
Glad I caught your post on my dash!! My concentration in school was biology, but I’m not teaching it now. I’ve taught chemistry and will be teaching chemistry this year (assuming nothing changes between now and the first day of school). Haven’t had any physics experience other than a few lessons here and there. If you need anything, feel free to ask. I have lesson plans that I can definitely share. Best of luck with student teaching! You will learn and grow so much this year!
